Coronavirus has undoubtedly created huge challenges for all in the arts industry. Temporarily closing our venues to help keep our staff and customers safe and well was, and remains, our biggest priority. Our venues may not be physically open, but our teams are working hard (from home!) behind the scenes to reschedule events and prepare ourselves for when we can welcome you back. It’s fair to say, that day will be a huge celebration for everyone!
You may or may not know that as a charitable trust and social enterprise, we rely so much on our fantastic customers. The income we generate through event and ticket sales helps us fulfil our social objectives, keep our doors open and our curtains up. With mass changes to our programme and uncertainties due to ‘C’, we understand a trip to the theatre may not be on the forefront of your minds. We don’t blame you!
If the arts feeds your passion and supporting us is something you’d like to do, here’s a few ways you can get involved:
- Donate or share our ‘Support Us’ page on our website with friends and family. Donations can be made here
- You can choose to donate either your whole booking value or a nominal amount to the venue instead of claiming a refund.
- We can issue your refund as a BH Live gift voucher which can then be used for any future performance on sale through BH Live Tickets.
- Ticket purchases for future events can still be made online even though we’re temporarily closed.
Help from our supporters will ensure we continue to attract top artists, keep delivering a diverse programme and cultural experiences to our customers, now and in the future.
BH Live is an organisation with a social purpose – to make people’s lives better.
